Canada Visit

Went home for the holidays...so to speak (Dec 1-Dec 22). Visited friends in Vancouver and family in Ontario and took David around to see the land where I grew my wings. The shock of stepping off the plane in Vancouver in my flip flops and being blasted by the cold snap that had descended on the normally temperate climate of the area, made me wish that I had opted for a hotter climate vacation instead. But the coldness melted away when we visited with my dearest of friends and were encircled in a web of music and mirth.
