In the afternoon after slugging around in the mud and having a delicious lunch of around 20 different dishes to choose from, the group drove out to Leks leased banana plantation to machete the burnt plants for good regrowth and strip the cut pieces for the elephants to enjoy at the park later in the day. This job was also hard, hot, sticky and dusty work but the enjoyment of the elephants made it all worth while. It took around 2 hours of work plus drive time, but it seemed longer.
