I took Emilio and Morgan for a night of skiing up at Cypress. Neither had ever done 'skate-skiing' before and were keen to trust my teaching skills and join me on the mountain.
We took the BP bus up to Millstream Rd. and hiked the 45 minutes via the Millstream trail to the second switchback on Cypress mountain. We thumbed our way up to the hills.
After about an hour of instruction, we were drenched in 4 hours of exhausting, leg throbbing pleasure through snow covered cedars and half lit fir trees.
